Final part of The Weeknd’s Balloons trilogy: Echoes Of Silence. The Weeknd’s producer Illangelo tweeted that “Echoes of Silence is going 2 be like if House Of Balloons met Thursday & they had a baby & then meanwhile that baby went back in time & fucked Thriller & then..”, kind of the first thought I had when I heard the first track: a cover of Dirty Diana. Clams Casino produced The Fall, by the way. And Abel sings in French (!) on Montreal.
